Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. as per drawing and tachenical specifications as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge In cement mortar including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work in rataining wall/ breast wall and open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202&1203 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge . including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) in super structure above plinth level up to all floors level and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete R.C.C grade M -20 (M-twenty) for nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement : Two Sand : four graded crushed stone )aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal mix in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 15 mm(fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6(one cement six coarse sand) iand as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/SAIL/Apollo/JSW Make ) framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete upto floor all level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point Ninty letre per Ten Square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point eighty letre per Ten Square metre)of approved brand and manufacture. as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
