Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, Arches etc and removal of debrishes from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but except bricks (Bricks shall be obtained from demolition. Rates for segregation of old bricks, stacking, cleaning etc. shall be included in this item.)

Add or deduct from item No. 14 for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth (inner girth only measured).

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beching and coping, bed block lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Dismantling of mild steel or structural steel work including doors, gates, but excluding framed truss and dismantling of CI work and removing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulders or reveted, forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings, ladders and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in ground foors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Reinforcement cement concrete pre-cast reinforcement cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover of any size including RCC ring/Frame and MS frame set in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of grey cement rubber moulded glossy finish and no pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S&F for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 above but fixing only.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over and including a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfacses of any description and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining fixing to any type of strandard rail straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair chain link mild steel galvanized fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm and not less than 3mm dia hot dipped GI wire fixed and binding with GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking manually by providing rodding and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes and as directly by Engineer-in-Charge, from the following size/bore of sewage lines :-

(a) Upto 150mm bore pipe.

(b) Exceeding 150mm bore but not exceeding 300mm bore pipe.

Material and labour for cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MOD land, complete all as directed from the following :-

(a) Water Closet (Indian or European), trap & CI pipe line upto first Manhole.

(b) Floor/Nanhi trap of Kitchen/Bathroom upto gully trap (excluding gully trap).

Excavation in soft/loose soil for getting out puncturing or existing damaged/broken or otherwise nonfunctional salt glazed stone ware pipe 100mm dia bore (length of pipe 60cm) and supply and fixing salt glazed stone ware pipe of 100mm dia bore grade 'A' ISI Marked incl PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 bed and haunching as required incl jointing with existing line, returning, filling in and well ramming the soil and removal of surplus spoil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified.

Dewatering of septic tank and manholes any size and cleaning by taking out sludge from septic tanks and monholes of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n. exc 500m and deposited where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 20cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in repair) vitreous china squatting pan Orissa Pattern size 580x440mm white with integal foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and flushing pipe complete including trap, set with cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and including plastic seat cover and making good the floor with adjacent floor finishing and making connection to flush pipe etc complete including making functional and removal rubbish/waste materials to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

After drying of this process applying two coats of pidifin2K @ 01 liter/Sqm for two coats and minimum time gap between each coat is 4 hours and 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Area of measurement will be floor area which includes side walls of the sunken portion (a) The pidifin2k chemical treatment shall be carried out by authorized technicians of Dr Fixit (b) 10 years written guarantee (from the certified date of completion of work) shall be obtained from the Dr Fixit and submitted by the contractor.

Excavating in trenches soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
