M&L Taking down/Lowering unserviceable Geyser 25/50 Litre capacity of any Make and type from any height by disconnecting all Water and Electric Connections, opening of Geyser for repairing/replacing of unserviceable Accessories, removing all rusted Nuts, Bolts, de-scaling Inner Tank and Inter Connection Assembly of 25/50 Litre capacity, cleaning thoroughly with diluted Acid, Brazing/Gas welding of Inter Connection Assembly, checking of Inner Tank to make Fully Leakeage Proof and Testing the same with Water Filling/Air Pressure, re-fixing/re-mounting the same in Original Position and providing necessary Water/Electric Connection and Testing on Completion to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Quoted Unit Rate is deem to be include for taking down unservice-able Geyser and re-fixing of Geyser of any capacity in Original Position after repaired.
