Providing services for operation of the AC Plants of the following capacities comprising of compressors, condenser, cooling towers, pipe lines complete from tower to pumps, refrigerant piping of all gauges, controls, expansion valves, filters, suction and discharge valves, electric motors of compressors, blowers, monoblock pump sets including all starters of all motors, electrical panel including bus bars, insulators, humidifiers, meters including 'O' rings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, routine checks like oil checking, leak testing 'V' belts checking, electrical control checking, greasing to motors and pump sets, replacement of gland packing to pump etc., but excluding repairs to the plants all as specified and directed.

Central AC plant 2 x 40 TR capacity located at inside MITS&D complex (1st shift of 8 hours from 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and second shift of 8 hours from 16.00 to 00.00 hrs including Sundays and Holidays complete)

Central AC plant located at CHSC Medical Store (1st shift of 8 hours from 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and second shift of 8 hours from 16.00 to 00.00 hrs and Third shift of 8 hours from 00.00 to 08.00 hrs including Sundays and Holidays complete)

Providing services for operation of Oxygen plant /AC Plant/Medical store at MHCTC (1st shift of 8 hours from 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and second shift of 8 hours from 16.00 to 00.00 hrs and Third shift of 8 hours from 00.00 to 08.00 hrs including Sundays and Holidays complete) (a) Air compressor - 02 Nos (b) Vaccum Pump with 7.5 HP - 02 Nos (c) Liquid medical Oxygen Supply (d) Compressor of Ac Plant and connected items

Providing services for operation of Boiler / Incinerator with one operator for one shift of 8 hrs (0800 to 1600 hrs) per day including Sundays & Holidays at MH(CTC) :- (a) Boiler non IBR 600 Kg/ hrs with 10.5 Kg/ Sqcm pressure with 200°C set including water softening plant and Air compressor of suitable capacity. (b) Oil fired Incinerator of capacity 30 Kg / Hrs

Providing services for operation of Boiler / Incinerator with one operator for one shift of 8 hrs (0800 to 1600 hrs) per day including Sundays & Holidays at CH(SC) :- (a) Boiler non IBR 600 Kg/ hrs with 10.5 Kg/ Sqcm pressure with 200°C set including water softening plant & Air compressor of suitable capacity. (b) Oil fired Incinerator of capacity 30 Kg / Hrs

NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 1 TO 4 : (a) All the tradesmen shall wear Khaki colour pant and Shirt tagged with name plate on the left side and name of the firm on right side and safety shoes dress , gum boots, rain coat etc which shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to inclusive for the same. (b) Each shift shall be of Eight hours and there shall not be any interval between the shifts. The reliever for weekly / holiday off are to be arranged at contractor’s cost and no extra payment will be made. (c) All Stationary including attendance Register, Log Sheet etc for installation as per direction of Engr-in-Charge required Register, Pen, Electrical Shock Chart, etc. (d) Adequate amount of insurance of all the workers shall be made against workers compensation act against any accident before commencement of work without any extra cost to Deptt.

ITEM NO. 5.00 (Contd...) (e) Day to day maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor. Materials other than grease, glands, fuse wire shall be supplied by the department. Grease and Glands, fuse wire required shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to inclusive for the same. (f) Log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be handed over to Engineer-in-Charge on completion of contract period. (g) The contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of all the machinery / Installations installed in the Sl No 1 to 4 [IMPORTANT- for Note (a) to (f) - (Cost of the same included in the quoted rates of item No 1 to 4 above). Detail of T&P to be provided to the staff is given in PS Clause.]

ITEM NO. 5.00 (Contd...) (h) Contractor shall ensure good conduct, discipline, safety of personal deployed under CA and will be provide personnel protective equipment (PPE) to workmen, failing which bidder will be solely responsible for any mishappening / accident and loss to life due to negligence of the workmen engaged in the work. Nothing extra / No compensation shall be admissible on this account from department. (j) All the workers should possess sound health & knowledge to work on AC Plants, Boilers and Oil fired Incinerator and their age must lie between 20 to 45 years. (k) The Contractor shall sign inventory of the equipment/Bldg of MES installation before commencement of work any damage/theft to the Govt. property, the contractor will be responsible and recover to this effect will be made as decided by GE and the copy of the inventory to be forwarded before commencement of work to GE office duly signed by contractor and MES rep. (l) If there any change of staff by the contractor, the same shall be informed by the contractor in advance in writing to the accepting officer before Three days. The Accepting Officer reserves the right whether to change the staff or not, however Accepting Officer can remove concern Employee on the basis of Non Performance.

ITEM NO. 5.00 (Contd...) (m) The operator / attendant shall not leave the installation without reliever and Installation shall not be left un-manned in any case. If any staff found absent, Two times of the min wages prescribed as per the Govt charges as penalty. (n) Any staff remains continously absent for More than a week and contractor fail to replace the staff and contineously absent for another week same will be informed to next MES authority and the CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED under special clause and to this effect DECISION OF THE GE IS FINAL & BINDING and the desion of the GE does not cover under any rules of MES. (o) All payment to the staff employed shall be paid as per minimum wages decided by Govt. and shall be paid through bank to the staff bank accounts and a copy of payment as proof shall be produced at the time of RAR by the Contractor. No RAR will be paid to the contractor without producing the Bank statement as a Proof of Payment.

ITEM NO. 5.00 (Contd...) (p) Daily Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and inside the installation shall be carried out by the staff employed by contractor without any extra cost to the department and if fails to do the maintenance a penalty of Rs 500 per Day will be charged and decision of GE is Final & Binding. (q) (i) Rate quoted shall not be less than Minimum Wages as notified by Govt of India / State Govt. / Local body whichever is higher plus GST and LWC. (ii) The Minimum fair wages are revised every six month, therefore the rates quoted shalle be applicable as on bid submission end date and the bidder shall undertake to pay only as per minimum wages revised from time to time in future during the contract period and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on the account. (r) Item covered Note 1 (a) to (q) contactor should give in writing the name of staff / certificate / detail of bank account / T&P / stationery / min. maintenance item required as above to the MES authority within Three days of commencement of work if the contractor fail to do so entire staff will be treated as absent to the further days.

Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for retro reflective installation sign boards size made out of 3mm thick acrylic flexible sheet of 2.5m x 1m x 20cm fabricated out of 14 SWG, MS sheet frame duly welded / riveted with square pipe of size 25mm x 25mm at height of 2.25 meter on 50 x 50 mm angle iron frame - 02 Nos fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 45 x 45 x 60 cm. The board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base and including LED 1 x 20 Watt fittings 04 Nos incl 20 W rod with internal wiring complete with letters in colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron rolling shutters / panels / pump sets/AC plant / boilers /pipe lines etc. painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over finished surfaces including repairing, oiling & greasing of shutters for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
