Supply and fix for 30mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and cover both faces with decorative laminate of approve colour with lipping to match complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix for 25mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, with particle board core on both sides and cover one face with decorative laminate of approve colour with lipping to match complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Decorative laminate sheet will be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Supply and fix for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc.(without sash bars), edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc; the size of the rail and stile as specified in SSR Par-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm, made out of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet, reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made solid Panel PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisiting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail, bottom rail; panelling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wooden boarding any description and in any position fixed with nails complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 24 mm solid PVC board plain colour, fixed with screws or adhesive as in shutters with rebate and shelves fixed on PVC solid batten of size 40mm x 24 mm x 500 mm on three sides complete all as specified and as directed.
