Supply, Install, testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with anchor bolts & nuts) compartmentalized type Meter Cabinet of overall dimension 1200mm (W) x 550mm (H) x 200mm (D) made with of 2mm thick power coated CRCA MS Sheet with front door having cutout duly covered with transparent polycarbonate / glass panel for viewing KWH meter and other doors shall be opeque. All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement with Ingress protection IP-43.The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (RAL-7032 : SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment. The cabinet shall be fabricated as per the drawing and comprising of following accessories :- a) Four pole MCCB, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and outgoing side.- 01 No. b) Aluminium Bus Bar of size 25mm x 3mm duly mounted on FRP / DMC insulators and necessary drilling for 1 incoming & minimum 4 outgoing connections and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve of standard colour code - 4 Nos. c) MCB DP 16 Amps, 10 KA - 4 Nos (To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) d) LED indicating Lamps, 22mm with 6 Amps MCB SP - 03 Nos. e) Three Way bakellite strip type cable connector 30 Amps rating - 04 Nos f) Internal wiring with 1100Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated multi-flexible copper wire duly crimped with copper lugs all as mentioned below :- (i) MCCB to Bus Bar - 10.0 Sqmm (ii) Bus Bar to Cable Connector via KWH meter and MCB - 4.0 Sqmm (iii) Bus Bar to LED Lamp via MCB - 1.5 Sqmm Note : Existing meters, as dismantled above, will have to re-fixed in this new meter cabinet including all necessary electrical connection.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure distribution board, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volt, 08 way double door with 100 Amp rated copper bus bar and metal door with IP-43 and flush to wall including all cutting in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface after applying exsisting treatment complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing MCB single pole 240 volts, 'B' curve of rating from 6 to 32 Amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing MCB single pole 240 volts, 'C' curve of rating from 6 to 32 Amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing MCB SPN 240 volts, 'C' curve of rating from 6 to 32 Amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unsverveciable sub main wiring any type and size aluminium / copper including batten / conduit and making good disturbed surface to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for submain wiring with two single core 1100 Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated FRLSH flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead in & including a separate concealed PVC conduit medium grade, ISI mark of dia not less than 25mm dia including cutting chases to walls for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with adjoining surfaces.

Supply & Fixing concealed type GI Sheet / PVC enclousure for switches / sockets complete with a 25 Amps modular type motor starter (2 Module) with one SPN 'Ç' curve MCB of capacity 25 Amps (2 Module) & 20 Amps 3 pin socket (2 module) including electrical connections complete all as specified and directed (For Air Conditioners)

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 RM deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 RM below ground level connected to glavanised iron Wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified including 15 mm dia GI steel water tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire including laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layer, PCC Pit (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM in (1:6) externally upto 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part (2009) and connected to earth test point including testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results on a 3mm thick painted MS earth pit marking Plate (200mm x 100mm) duly welded with a 450mm long 10mm dia round MS rod, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete including taking out old unserviceable earthing system including demolishing with old earth pit chambers and removing of debris from the site with levelling the complete ground all as specified an directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 25 Sqmm 4 Core / 2 core from trenches, poles / walls and floor including protection cover / pipecomplete all as specified and directed. (Including necessary earth work for removal)

Supply, laying & testing XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cleaned dry river sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.
