Cleaning the following tanks of sizes as mentioned at STP Vishwa Vihar with bleaching powder and sodium hydro chloride and taking out the stagnated slurry away from site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Collection tank of size 10x5x2.5 mtrs (02 Nos) (b) Manhole chambers of size 2x2x1.5 m (05 Nos) (c) Equalisation tank 3x2x4 mtrs (01 No) (d) Aeration tank of size 5x4x3.5 mtrs (02 Nos). Removing old anti-fouling PVC fill media and supply and fix new anti-fouling PVC fill media to pack inside the Bio-tower specific surface at STP Vishwa Vihar all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling the self priming centrifugal aeration pump set of capacity 3 HP by disconnecting the electrical connections and GI tubing etc for repairs and re-fixing/ connecting the same after rewinding done alongwith following repairs including all Material and labour :- (a) Removing/replacement of worn out ball bearing of the pump set by providing new ball bearing, greasing etc complete. (b) Replacement of MS pump coupling complete. (c) Replacement of rubber star coupling complete. (d) Replacement of Motor terminal box complete.

All as per item No. 4 here in before but for Electric Motor 1.5/2 HP capacity.

Supply and fill Compressor Oil as required in compressors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new bottom scrapper with neosprine scrapper complete including angle iron frame and incl taking out old corroded scrapper complete all as directed.

Dismantling the waste lifting pump (submersible pump) of capacity 3/5 HP by disconnecting the electrical connections and GI tubing etc for repairs and re-fixing/connecting the same after the rewinding alongwith following repairs :- (a) Removing/replacement of worn out ball bearing of the pump set by providing new ball bearing, greasing etc complete-02 Nos. (b) Replacement of MS pump coupling complete. (c) Replacement of rubber star coupling complete. (d) Replacement of Motor terminal box complete.

Disconnecting the electric connections, taking down from position electric air blower pump set capacity 200 cum/hrs, transporting to workshop for taking out burnt copper winding from the slots, cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof, refixing the motor with proper alignment with pump set, connecting up the electric connections testing & commissioning including replacing SS sleeves- 02 Nos and ball bearing - 02 Nos complete.

Replacement of the unserviceable coarse/fine bubble membrane diffusers 600mm long all as specified and directed.

Testing of treated effluent for BOD from the authorised laboratory all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable pressure guage from position and Material and labour for pressure guage 4" dia, 0-21 Kg/cm2 rating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for butter fly valve 50mm dia incl taking down old unserviceable valve complete with all accessories .

Material and labour for butter fly valve 80 mm dia incl taking down old unserviceable valve complete with all accessories .

Dismantling GI pipe 50 mm bore with all joints as in sludge pipe line from bottom of clarifier to sludge bed tank and refxing in existing position after cleaning and removing sludge blockage all as specified and directed. (Note :-Rate deemed to be inclusive for necessary excavation and refilling of soil for refixing the GI pipe line)

Cleaning the surroundings of STP/SPH area by cutting/lifting the bushes, cutting and uprooting grass, vegetation shrubs, bushwood undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (upto 01 metre height above ground level) and removing rubbish to a distance upto 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial copper cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 4 sqmm, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 including taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells or equivalent.

Dismantling carefully the existing centrifugal pump set of capacity of 5.0 HP from the site and refixing the same on new angle iron base frame of size 1.20 mtr length and 0.50 mtr width made of Angle iron 65x65x6mm including suitable size nuts, bolts and washers in replacement of old corroded base frame and re-alignment properly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up the Unserviceable UG cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core, and supply & laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, LT UG cable 1100 Volts with stranded aluminimum conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 19 above but 25 sqmm 3.5 core

Material and labour for G.I. tubing light grade of 50mm bore for cable protection to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Gun Metal gate valve of size 50 mm bore of ISI marked including taking down of old u/s GM gate valve.

Supply and replacement of G.I. tubing Medium grade of 50mm bore for cloumn pipe or distribution lines including with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the survival pool of capacity 2 lakh gallons once in a week all around and bottom of pool to remove the algae, by means of scrapping/ scrubbing the walls with wire brush, removing the sediments deposited at bottom with the help of suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the survival pool of capacity 2 lakh gallons after draining out the water completely, acid cleaning all sides of pool to remove the algae, and scrubbing the walls with wire brush, removing the sediments deposited at bottom manually. Note : Rate deemed to be inclusive of all necessary chemicals /cleaning agents etc.

Material and labour for Servicing pressure filter of capacity 40000 GPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after cleaning, washing the filter media with pressure water, refill the filter bed with media and topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, replacing the u/s pressure gauge - 01 No of capacity 0-100 Kg/CM², testing & commissioning all as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning balancing tank of survival pool of capacity 50000 ltrs complete with:- (i) Cleaning the balancing tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt (ii) Taking out dirt and sludge with sludge machine and disposing the same to a safe distance. (iii) Scrubbing the internal walls/floor with industrial vacuum cleaner. (iv) Applying anti bacterial sterilization to walls and floor of balancing tank.

Material and labour for servicing of Mono block pump set 10 HP, opening the Pump and re-fixing, machining the pump shaft and shaft key ways, impeller etc and replacing the key, impeller nuts, gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position incl testing and commissioning complete.

Material and labour for Disconnecting the electric motor of capacity 10 HP from position, strip opening the motor, taking out the burnt copper winding wire from slots, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof, refixing the motor with proper alignment with pump set, connecting up the electric connections testing & commissioning complete. M&L for dismantling the Air Blower of capacity 395 cum/hr, transporting the same to auth service centre for servicing and replacing the following - Gear oil servo (mesh sp 460-400 ml), grease HP -T150NA -2, oil seal 02 Nos, roller bearing NU-307, angular contact, ball bearing, sleeves all as per existing and cleaning of air filter, reassemble, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make of Blower - Kulkarni model SR 044.

M & L for servicing of bleaching dozing pump including replacement of worn out parts and re-assembling incl testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Taking out the u/s single phase preventer from position, Supply and fix single phase preventer suitable for upto 20 HP motors, 3 phase, 415 Volts including all necessary wiring. Make : Minilac or equivalent.

Taking out u/s plastic media, Material and labour for new plastic media in FEB system as per existing media all as directed.

Supply of Calcium based granular disinfectant more stable than chlorine gas & stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite for treatment of purified water.

Supply and fix butterfly Valve 100mm dia cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with iron wheel screwed both sides for iron pipe confirming to IS 13095 and fixed complete all as specified.
