Comprehensive maintenance servicing and testing of RO plant of 400 Ltrs/hr capacity including washing, cleaning of sedimentation filter, disinfection process, servicing of pressure pumping set & dosing unit for supply qualitative water at permissible level of TDS as and when directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- (a) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair pressure guage range (0 to 7 Kg/cm2) all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair superior quality pvc multiport valve complete for sand vessel all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair submersible copper cable 3 core of size 6.0 sqmm with properly connecting to the pump and panel complete all specified & directed.

M & L taking out/unlowering of submersible pump set capacity 7.5 HP with GI tubing 50 mm dia in 3 mtrs length with flanged Total – 20 Nos length (Old u/s pipe will not be replaced under this item) (i) Dismantling of vertical submersible pump set complete for servicing and rewinding of motor (ii) Replacement of thrust piece/washers/ bushes and bronze impeller of Pump set and bearing and servicing pump set complete (iii) Rewinding of pump motor with suitable gauge copper widning wire, insulation materials and etc. (iv) Reassemble to pump set and motor complete. (v) Lowering of pump set with existing GI tubing 3 RM piece of 23 Nos with replacement of Nut & bolt etc.

Taking out of Horizental submersible pump set capacity 7.5 HP with GI tubing 50 mm dia ( Old u/s pipe will not be replaced under this item) (i) Dismantling of Horizental submersible pump set complete for servicing and rewinding of motor (ii) Replacement of thrust piece/washers/ bushes and bronze impeller of Pump set and bearing and servicing pump set complete (iii) Rewinding of pump motor with suitable gauge copper widning wire, insulation materials and etc. (iv) Reassemble to pump set and motor complete. (v) Lowering of pump set in UG Sump

Repair to monoblock Pump set 20 HP Installed at sump pump house Mount Abu the following comprising :- (a) Disconnect water and electric connection from Pump set . (b) Dismentling of complete pump set for rewinding and servicing (c) Rewinding of pump motor with suitable gauge copper winding wire, insulation materials and etc. (d) Replacement of pump bearing Qty - 01 No. (e) Replacement/repair of impeller Qty - 01 No. (f) Reassemble to pump set and motor complete. (g) Refix pump set and motor with electric & water connection complete.

Repair to monoblock multistage Pump set 10 HP the following comprising :- (a) Disconnect water and electric connection from Pump set . (b) Dismentling of complete pump set for rewinding and servicing (c) Rewinding of pump motor with suitable gauge copper widning wire, insulation materials and etc. (c) Rewinding of pump motor with suitable gauge copper widning wire, insulation materials and etc. (d) Replacement of pump bearing Qty - 01 No. (e) Replacement/replacement of impeller Qty - 01 No. (f) Reassemble to pump set and motor complete. (g) Refix pump set and motor with electric & water connection complete.

Supply Only calcium hypochlorite Grannule type 90 to 120 GPL in PVC container all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F tubes Medium grade galvanised with all fittings as Tees, bends, etc including taking up or down steel tubing alongwith fittings such as Tee, bends etc and corrections incl stacking of size 65mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for oiling and greasing of pump motor parts(any make any size any type) by means of greasing gun or manually by unbolting and separating the pump motor set at pump house inside defense area complete for smooth operation of machinery including replacement of nut bolts washers of appropriate size as per site and motor pump size complete making it leakage free and applying galnd packing of necessary quantity and thickness and making working complete noise and leakage free and refixing in its original position all as directed by EIC. Note: Rates for greese,lubricating oil and galnd packing deemed to included in quoted rates.Also, measurment of these items will be saperate and not to be included in any other item above.

M&L in repair for Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of motor pump set complete by using 10mm thick MS Sheet of approprite size and welding proper size and length of bolt and nut in foundation for avoiding vibration at the time of operation of motor pump set complete with demolition of existing foundation and considering of alignment of motor pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(for 20 HP to 40 HP)

Disconnecting, unbolting and taking out existing centrifugal pump/Mono Block pump set of capacity 20 HP, electric driven 3 phase 415 volt including Re-fixing in the same position after repair with necessary screw and bolts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The necesary lifting tools and man power will be part of quoted rates.
