Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete including removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete with and incl removal of demolished material outside def land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description, Brick coba of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) over roof slab to fill depressions of existing roof slab ,roof kerbs or mud stops, round or chamfered on edges including cleaning / removing all dust from existing roof surfaces before placing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with and including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement on green concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weigh 3.6 kg/sqm and min 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid over and incl priming surfaces with primer of same manufacturer @ 0.400 Litre/Sqm and laying APP membrane on primed surface by torch application and sealing all joints and overlapping complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bengal Bitumen, Pidilite Industries Ltd, IWL Indial Ltd, Sika India Pvt Ltd.

Cement concrete tiles, 250x250x22 mm thick, (as per IS 1237-1980) machine pressed set in neat cement slurry over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Tile shall be laid with 3 to 5mm wide Spacers and joints will be grouted flush upto full depth of tile with epoxy material (Make : Sika or equivalent) and rate of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered)

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint etc complete all as directed.

GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down GI tubing with all fittings etc complete all as directed.

500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I fixed in repairs, etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No 13 above but of 1000 ltrs capacity

20mm bore ball brass or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe, fixing in repairs, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixing in repairs etc complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500 ltrs capapcity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe with and including date of cleaning shall be written on the water tank etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 above but of 1000 ltrs capacity

PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls etc, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
