Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Supply and fixing of 1200mm(48") AC ceiling FAN complete with stepped etecronic 300w regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp (As per SD 106)
