Installation of LC Gate Status Monitoring Slave unit with 4G Gateway at LC Gate.

Supply of EKT rotary type as as per IRS-S-21/26 Amd-1 Drg No. SA-22601 and shall be supplied along with the key.

Supply of E type locks complete with keys as per RDSO Drg.No.SA-3376, 3377 & Spec.No.IRS(S) 30/64 or latest. Ward to be specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of a set of class B and C surge protection system for protection of power supply port of devices working on 230 V AC and kept in users premises like ASM room , OFC room etc as per RDSO/SPN/TC/98/2011 Rev. 0 with Amd.1 or latest.

A set of complete Earthing and bonding system as per code of practice RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest to construct earthing of </=1 ohm. Mainly consisting of copper bonded 10 high tensile low carbon steel pipe. Earth electrode of minimum 3.0 meter length, 17 mm diameter welded to earth electrode as per drawing SDO/RDSO/E&B/001 or latest with set of steel nuts & bolts for earth cable connections and earth enhancement material 30-35 kg mainly consisting of Graphite and portland cement with negligible Bentonite content.

Installation of complete Earthing and Bonding system as per code of practice RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest to construct earthing of less than 1 (one) ohm including auguring hole of 100-125 mm dia and minimum 2.8 meter depth for earth electrode, carrying out necessarry 11 digging work and to make 300X300X300 mm (inside dimension) concrete box with lid of approx 50 mm thickness and painted black on top, all with contractors material, fixing earth electrode in the augured hole. filling earthing enhancement material around earth electrode in the hole in slurry form and allowing to set, back filling of excavated soil after serving , measurement of earth value and all other work of earthing as per code of practice.

Supply of 35 Sq mm Multi strand Single Core PVC insulated Copper Cable as per IS: 694 for connecting Main Earth Electrode to MEEB in the equipment room in duplicate ( In Green Colour)
