Providing pile foundation 12" dia augur pile for a depth to 3.0 m depth including C.C. 1:2:4, using 20mm Hard Broken Stone jally etc. all complete, excluding reinforcement complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting, and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm thick layers well watered rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift as specified here under etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications. (excluding Refilling)

Refilling in foundation and basement and other similar works with excavated earth in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with stone dust in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications including cost of filling stone dust and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One of cement, five of M sand and ten of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 40 mm size broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of Msand and Four of hard broken stone jelly) for all reinforced cement concrete works, namely plinth beams, columns, tie beams, column footings, slab, etc. using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly excluding the cost of reinforcement grills, fabrication charges, shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing, with relevant standard specifications & as directed by the departmental officers.

Upto Foundation & Basement

Ground floor

Supply and erecting, centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 mt high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee (or) Ell beams, lintels, Bed Blocks, slabs, landing beam, canopy side slab or boxing or vertical slabs, rectangular or square or round columns etc. as detailed below with all cross bracings using MS sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced about 75cm center to centre or at nsuitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard apecification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing form work for foundation, Plinth beam etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flyash brick work partition wall in cement mortor 1:4 ( One of cement and four of Msand) 115mm thick for superstructure In Following Floors using Flyash brick of size 230x110x70 mm having minimum average crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm. including labour for fixing the doors,windows and ventilator frames in position fixing of hold fasts scaffolding, curing etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 ( One of cement and five of Psand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

White washing three coats using clean shell lime slacked and screened including cost of lime, gum, blue brushes, scaffolding etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing of outdoor type 11KV 5 way Schneider Ring Main Unit (RR-L) with the necessary Specifications including Charges towards transport of RMU, loading, unloading & positioning including crane charges, Pre commission testing & co-ordination with MRT and TNEB,etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Specifications: i).Battery: Should be 24V, 26AH, SMF Type with TANGEDCO approved Make of M/s. Exide Industries ltd,Hosur &M/s. Amara Raja Batteries Ltd,Tirupati, instead of 24V,12Ah. 1. Fault Passage Indicator : Should be Provided with self reset type as follows: Phase Fault Thresholds Configurable from 200A to 625A Earth Fault Thresholds Configurable from 40A to 100A (Number of Steps for adjusting Phase & Earth Fault Thresholds at least 4) Fault Current duration range Configurable from 40ms to 500ms in 20ms steps. 2. Protection Relay : Should be as follows : i). Phase Over Current Settings range : 10-200% in steps of 1% ii). Earth Fault Current Settings range : 10-80% in steps of 1% iii).Instantaneous Phase Over Current Settings range : 100-2000% in steps of 100% iv).Instantaneous Earth Fault Current Settings range : 100-1200% in steps of 100% . v).Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) Should be adjustable from 0.01 to 1 in steps of 0.01 7 Modem : GPRS Modem Should be Provided as Per TANGEDCO Specifications. 8.Feeder Remote Terminal Units (FRTU) : The FRTU Should be Provided as per TANGEDCO Specifications. The FRTU has to be mounted inside RMU/Marshalling Cabinet in a closed chamber with ease of access. The FRTU shall be compatible for upload/download configurations from Remote. The MV/LV station remote interface (FRTU) shall include all the functions required to monitor and control MV Cubicles in the MV/LV and MV/MV stations either locally or from remote. 9.Multi Function Transducers (MFT) : 24V DC with 0.2S Class MFTs Should be Provided for all Scada remote Functions as Per TANGEDCO Specifications

Supplying,laying,welding and connecting 40mm dia 3m long solid MS Rod in open fashion for earth pit with suitable clamping arrangements complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying,laying and welding 50 x 6mm. GI flat in open fashion with necessary clamps,screws, etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying,laying and welding 25 x 6mm. GI flat in open fashion with necessary clamps,screws, etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply & installation of suitable size RMU base frame including transport, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply & installation of cable ladder for HT and LT cables with neutral insulators of size 10ft& 12ft x 300 mm W & 25x6 ms foot for every 450mm, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply & installation of copper lightening spike, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply & termination of 11Kv HT cable termination kits, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.
