Charges for fabrication and erection of platform above the cooling water pump A,B&C discharge pipelines in Cooling Water Pump House seepage water collecting pit, along the side of 2400NB Butterfly Valve-A of Cooling water return line near NDCT including safety handrails, 4 Nos. of ladders,required T&P's and consumables. (Required quantity of M.S Angles, pipes, chequered plates,bolt & nuts will be supplied by TANGEDCO)
Charges for cleaning and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, two coats of Anti corrosive black paint on the entire erected structures and yellow/black paint on hand rails including required consumables. (Required quantity of Asian/Berger make paint and thinner are of contractors scope)
Charges for dismantling the 150 NB damaged M.S.ERW pipeline ,spool piece along with flanges(4 Nos.), cutting the damaged pipeline, fabricating the required new M.S.ERW pipe by cutting, aligning , welding with flanges and reassembling the same in the discharge line of booster pump to Injector-II in Chlorination plant including required No. of flanges,T&P's and consumables. (Required M.S.ERW pipe and bolt & nuts will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).
Charges for cutting the 200 NB damaged M.S.ERW pipeline, fabricating the required new M.S.ERW pipe by cutting, aligning , welding with flanges(4 Nos.) and reassembling the same in the common suction header of booster pump in Chlorination plant including required No. of flanges,T&P's and consumables. (Required M.S.ERW pipeline,2 Nos. of flanges and bolt & nuts will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).
Charges for transporting the required materials from Central stores/MTPS-II to Cooling Water Pump House and devolution of retrieved scrap material to Central stores.
