Site clearance & Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC band, PCC beam, coping, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed etc complete all as specified

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, or beam horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide.

S&F MS hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail, straight portion drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, door frame, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete land screwing etc frame of wiremesh wind tiles for roof including securing bolts, posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron, fillets(for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting welding or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised medium coated confirming to as per IS-2721-1979 fencing 75mm x 75mm mesh & 3.00 mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Chain link fencing confirming to Fe 410-w (Gde E-250) complete.

M&L for 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised medium coated as per IS -4826, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks surfaces or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n. exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
