Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes up to 150 mm dia (Salt galzed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes up to 200 mm dia (Salt galzed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes up to 300 mm dia (Salt galzed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cessipts, manhole etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 07 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggrgates) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-Cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs (for manholes etc)chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plan faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spiraly for hooping for columns, hooking with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk way railing grame work of wastertanks and similar work confiming to Fe.290, Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick on stone walls etc including racking out joints, hackeying for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surface including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 with using Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge Nots : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm dia salt glazed stone ware pipe laid in trenches and jointed etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 150 mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed complete

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the center line over fittings and accessorie)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) single socket pipes incl necessary joints like union, elbow, tee etc laid in trenches and jointed as specified

All as per Item No 29 above but fixed to walls.

S & F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR)bends with rubber rings joints fixed as required complete all as specified

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe 300 mm internal dia of pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in soft loose soil inlcuidng spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thicks etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated surplus soil etc not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F perforated precast 100 mm thick M-30 RCPC manhole cover, min 600 to 750 mm dia clear opening circular and incl collar frame set and incl lifting hook (02 Nos)complete fixed in position over existing manholes complete as directed by Engr-Charge.

S&F for SFRC drain cover 75mm thick factory made Medium duty with perforated holes (6 Nos) of 50mm dia, (cover shall be secured with min 4mm mild steel flat frame alround sides of cover), with lifting hook(02 Nos) at the end and set in CM 1:6 and size of cover 1000mm X 600mm etc complete all as spd & as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg in sub base of floor.complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation below interlocking tiles path including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete all as specifed and as directed

Carrying out the job of pumping of sewage waste to main central sewage line of Noida authority of any distance using sewage pump of required capacity (or) pumping out of sewage waste using honey sucker truck & removal of pumped sewage silt/mud/sand outside of MoD land. The job incl of all necessary eqpts,sewage pump, accessories/fittings & alll necessary safety gears for men and and equipments complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes including taking out accumulated semi liquid, sludge and other deposits such as broken bricks , silt, etc upto 1.5 mtr depth of internal size 600mm x600mm and removal of sludge, silt/mud/sand extra in foul position and removing outside of MOD land complete. The job incl of all necessary eqpts, sewage pump, accessories/fittings & alll necessary safety gears for men and and equipments complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 44 above but internal size of manholes 900mm x 900mm exceeding 1.5 mtr & not exceeding 3 mtr in depth.

Cleaning of Sewer/drain pipes (PVC/SGSW/RCC/hume pipe) (using machine/pump) up to 150 mm bore by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and inluding disposing off the deposited sludge, etc inside pipes to a distance n.exc 200 m, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope all complete as required and directed. The job incl of all necessary eqpts,sewage pump, accessories/fittings & alll necessary safety gears for men and and equipments complete all as spd incl removing the waste out side of MoD land complete all as specified &as directed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 45 above but exc 150mm and n.exc 300 mm bore pipes.
