SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN DSC REST ROOMS AND DWO ROOM OF HQ WAC UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK, DELHI CANTT-10

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 2 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Non-Skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 300 x 7mm thick over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of 25 mm thick as in levelling course ,finished surfaces even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:6 or other than fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering plaster 5mm thick cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, soffit of staircase, chhajjas facia etc including cement slurry etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
