REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LT OH/UG CABLE NETWORK, LT PANEL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

Material and labour for disconnecting the electric connection and dismantling the existing old LT panel board of any size and keeping aside in safe custody / deposoting to MES store yard including its accessories as schedule of credit to contractor or as directed by Engneer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Supply and Fixing LT Bus bar chamber Outdoor/floor mounted suitable for 415V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system busbar capacity 200A as specified. The panel should be powder coated paint for better environmental protection, made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm having RYB indicating lamp and multifunctional meter for Ampere and voltage rating including making of foundation of the panel, lugs and gland of suitable size, fixing and connection included complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Material and labour for disconnecting all XLPE cables from panel and carry out preventive Repair/Repacement of unserviceable existing wiring of LT Panel/APFC Panel, cleaning of bus bar with CRC spray and wiring with new copper wiring 2.5/4 sqmm with copper/aluminium lugs, replacing burnt epoxy insulator bar and insulating the bus bar with tape conforming with colour code and reconnecting all cables, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M. (ii). The items which will be replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" item of this schedule.
