Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 4.1.10)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick (As per DSR 11.26.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (As per DSR 13.31.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (As per DSR 13.46.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat (As per DSR 13.82.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)

Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)

Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile servicalbe for reuse, dismantling mud phaska and cleaning the mother slab propoerly (75mm old earth and 25mm new earth) after performing water proofing treatment which will be paid seperately. Laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones (the cost of the new tiles/bricks excluded) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and Fixing Water proofing treatment with (MAK polyplast regular grade 2104 or equivalent) 1mm thick weighing 1.75 kg/sqm over the surface with one coat of bitumen 85/25 @1.20 kg/sqm fixing polyplast over laps sealed with flame of blown bitumen and another coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm over the polyplast sheet including cost of sealing the overlap 10cm width complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supply of 1st quality brick tiles designation 100 with size 9" X 4 1/2" X 1 1/2" complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge (N.S.)
