Supply,Fabrication, installation and testing of Bar Screen chamber made out of MSFRP of size approx 2KL to 4KL capacity including providing and fixing of Bar Screen complete with finishing, openanable cover and all related accessories etc as required.( All works are included in the scope of work). ----- 1job

Supply,Fabrication, installation and testing of Oil & Grease Trap made out of MSFRP of size approx 5KL to 6KL capacity including providing and fixing of Bar Screen complete with finishing, openanable cover and all related accessories etc as required.( All works are included in the scope of work). ----- 1job

Supply,Fabrication, installation and testing of equalization tank chamber made out of MSFRP of size approx 15KL capacity including providing necessary dia Medium class G.I/UPVC/CPVC pipe / flexible hose for outlet / inlet provision etc as per standard design of OEM of S.T.Plant complete with all related accessories etc as required. Supply, Fabrication, installation and testing of MBBR tank/chamber made out out of MSFRP of size approx 15KL capacity for Sewage treatment plant based on FMR/MBBR technology of 50 KLD with, FMR/MBBR media, Tube settler tank of approx 5KL capacity Chlorination dosing system with pump of required capacity, strainers including, pump foundation, interlinking with Medium class G.I/UPVC/CPVC pipe outlets and interlinkings, butterfly valves etc as required. ------ 1job

Supply ,installation,testing of Filter press suitable for 50 KLD STP system of approx size 18 X18 including concrete foundation, drain water pipe line, rain water protection with all necessary accessories etc as required. --1 job

Commissioning of entire installated equipments of Sewage treatment plant, softner plant and submitting the test report of treated water with in the tender condition parameters, submission of 3 sets of maintenance mannuals of STP, sand and carbon filters, blowers, pumps, flow line diagram,control panel diagram, etc as required. --- 1 job

SUB HEAD -ll (Comprehensive Maintenance) Comprehensive Maintenance of complete 50 KLD ST plant by minimum quarterly visit of service engineer for servicing / repairing / replacement of required parts for satisfactory operation including material, manpower etc and attend any no of break down visits on call basis. The agency shall submit the treated water test report from govt authorized lab on quarterly basis.
