Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one of cement, five of M-sand and Ten of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etccomplete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accerlerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 500 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 1786-1985 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and Three of P- sand) 20mm thick with necessary water proofing compound at the rate of 1.06 kg per 10m2 including finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & fixing C.I. Step of size 14" of approved brand having ISI mark officers etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmetal officers.

Filling in basement with 40mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling in basement with 20mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling m-sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-sand) using Fly ash Bricks of size 230×110×70mm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Ground Floor

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of Cement and Three of P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacked and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beater of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating sprinkling liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking kadukkai dry nut powder and jaggery (vellam) and giving required slope and thickness on roof etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of Hydraulic pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 2cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of the cement and pointing with the same mortar, finishing, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of cement paint of approved brand and quality over one coat of white cement including the cost of cement paint, brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron work with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in addition over the existing primer coat including the cost of paint patty brushes and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 4 kg/cm² conforming to IS 13592-1992 (Type-A) with necessary bends, shoes, cost of special clamps, coupler if necessary including cost of solvent cement, proper aligning, teakwood plugs of approved quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill for fixed grills using MS angle (IS 808-1989) and MS sheet of specified size and gauge including the cost of furniture fittings, welding, finishing and including painting one coat of primer with red oxide primer of approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
