Removing plants, weeds etc., on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof parapets and sparying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufactures all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 1000 ltrs and n.exc 2000ltrs capacity, setting a side or (lowering if requird ) for repairs etc, and refxing in same position in all respect all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing worn out bitumen tarfelt treatment on plastered RCC roof surfaces and removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hotmixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement conctrete (un-reinfoeced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with water proofing compound and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with water proofing compound as in roof kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound over levelling course, finished surface even/smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound conforming to IS all as specified.

M&L priming surfces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt , grade 2 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm applied on the cleaned surfaces complete all as specified and and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polysterr non wove fabric(wt not less than 150gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (i.e 5mm thick CM in 1:4 mixed with WPC over 10mm thick CM 1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water Proof Compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, finished even and fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash Old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges of flat or curved shape with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to fins, louvres and fascia of flat or curved shape with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1, 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1, 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc 60cm in height, newels, balustrade and the like complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 here-in-before, but 8 mm dia TMT bars all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litres/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation old wooden surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 110/75mm internal dia laid in trenches or fixed to walls incl all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 25mm bore, ball cock, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20mm bore, ball cock, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) all as specified and directed.
