M&L for point wiring complete with multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour coded 1100 volts grade drawn in and including surface/ concealed stove enamelled medium grade ERW steel conduit of size 19/ 20mm dia or higher size with all fittings such as tees, bends etc. including PVC insulated unshearthed 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS colour code cable 1100 volts grade for earth continuity for one light point controlled by one flame proof switch including taking down old copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including conduits/ casing capings etc and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated unsheathed complete in existing concealed/surface conduit and sunken terminal boxes and with new 3 mm thick hylam sheet for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with screws and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as continues earth wire connected to common earth dolly incl taking down old copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) from existing surface/concealed conduits, casing/caping etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc for the following complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L for painting of electric pole upto 9m high complete with cross arm, clamps, channel etc. after cleaning exposed surfaces with two coat super enamelled paint as per existing colour i.e. Silver (Aluminium paint) and writing letters and pole Nos or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED indicator lamps in RBY colour complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25cm thick in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying & stretching of cable) complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness overall 18cm shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks as in protection of cable laid dry flat perpendicular to direction of cable abutting each other complete all specified and directed.

M&L for boring hole horizontally under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply & laying 150mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50mm bore light grade GI tubing with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed to well etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs porcelain/ epoxy insulators of size approximate 50mm x 25mm x 25mm for fixing of roof/ down conductor complete with fixing screws etc. dully fixed in wall/ roof with PVC rawl plugs and fixing screws complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of copper strip 20mm x 3mm for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 12mm dia, 300mm long end termination aluminium rod fitted with rivets/ nuts & bolts on and including 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe 1.20m long duly grouted in PCC block of size 300mm x 300mm x 450mm built in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement concealed type flush mounted MS sunken boxes 18 gauge thickness suitable for mounting switch/ sockets including 3mm thick PVC laminated sheet complete with earthing terminal and good quality threads incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed for the following :-

S&F stainless steel (SS-304 grade) friction hinges of size 200mm long fixed to LT panels of approved quality, fixed by welding/ stainless steel screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F indoor/ outdoor type heat shrinkable type cable jointing kit for LT 1100 volts grade cable for straight through joint complete with accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 70.00 above but for cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanised iron strip of size 25mm x 4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 (Part-I) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit, pit cover of precast RCC (1:1½:3), type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm. complete & connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including brazing/ testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement post of lantern LED 50 watt for 360 degree indirect light with IP65 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion, glarefare complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance including cutting of grass/ trimming of all bushes/ small trees upto a height of 10 feet in surrounding areas of perimeter security lights, E/M installations, panels, bus bar chambers etc. including sprinkling of herbicide solution as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) 1000 Amps, 4 pole with microprocessor release IPR 1+ ,50 kA, 415 Volt, manual drawout type conforms to IS/IEC:60947-2 in existing place including removing of LT connection to old ACB and jointing of LT connection to new ACB complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Model Titania E series IPR E+ or equivalent in performance in L&T/ Siemens/ ABB as approved by GE. Note: Mentioned work will be carried out by manufacturer's representative only to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
