Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadom or bitumenous macadom surface in area not exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep and stacking complete all as diredted.

M&L Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with .09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/ filling including watering as required ,filling in hollows and depression which occure during the process of rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulder or quarried stone ,interstices filled , surfaces formed and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 Cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer of 7.5 Cm each with coarse aggregate granite,trap or basalt of grading 2(63 to 40mm) or grading 3(50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing of WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny begs to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer of 7.5Cm each with servieable aggregate obtained from srl item No 2 above spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller and preparing unsurfaced of WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny begs to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm over unsurfaced WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm over unsurfaced WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concret 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient to a uniform surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (b) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE.

M&L for applying 2mm to 2.5 mm thick road marking strips/ line/dashes/ arrows/letters (retro-reflective ) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic chemo plastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour etc on new/old road surface, including T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Berger/Asian/Neroloc).

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m and n-exc 500 mtr and depositing as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 50mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with high pressure air jet to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and directed at site.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving nexc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 80mm thick, M-40 grade of any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 glossy finish as in floor/pavement laid dry to the profile over rammed earth/murrum filling complete all as specified & directed.

M & L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge nexc.63mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface.

M&L 25mm thick Sand filling (sand cushioning) under paver block including watering and consolidations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance nexc 50 m where directed at a level nexc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continious brick edging with width equal to width of bricks with sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

M & L bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete carpeting 30 mm thick consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade of minimum 5% bitumen binder contant by weight of total mix and using waste plastic conforming to IRC SP 98-2013 with of waste plastic binder contant @ 8% by weight of bitumen to attain mix design criteria laid in table 3 of IRC SP 98-2013, spread by means of self propelled mechinical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechnical power road roller of 8 to 12 capacity complete all as specified and directed . M&L for grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground,digging out roots,girth exc 30 Cm but nexc 100 Cm including filling holes and levelling off ground stacking off serviceable material and removing off unserveciable material to a distance nexc 50 M and clearing the site complete all as secified and directed.
