5.4.1 Welding on MS/G1/CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machinal /generater, if required for job At Workshop

5.5 Providing, Fabrication of Mild Steel Plane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs. Tall Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-In Charge complete in all respect .

5.6 Making Hole (only labour charges) by drill machine in MS/ CU/ DI Pipes and Specials per hole rate Up to 12 mm dia.Hole

5.7 Making of GI Assembly pipe for vanous sizes including threading, tightening, welding of lange and welding with MS Patti, holes and cable grove making as per required length of 3.00 M 6.00 M (Pipse and flangse shall be provided and carting these to workshop by the the department) Length of MS strip will be 100 mm, Width-20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be weided around the strip with pipe and flange Holes in the flanged will be standard size and above 12 mm dia, in size After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junction of flange and pipe complete in all respect After preparing of Assembly Pipes, the firm is liable to transport these to concem's divisional store own his cost 50 MM

5.12 Making Direct Pump Piece with heavy duty pipes (Class- B) and flange (as per table- D) including cutting of pipe, threading welding and MS strip for length 100 mm Width 20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flanged. Hole in the flanged will be standard size and above 15 mm in size. After tightening the pipe and flangod, welding will be done at junctin of flange and pipe complete in all respect including cost of material The length of Direct Pump Piece wa be 30 cm (300 mm) 2' dia. Size (50 mm)

5.13 Making Reducer Pump Piece with heavy duty pipes (Class- B and flange (as per table- D) including cutting of pipe, threading welding and MS strip for length 100 mm, Width-20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flanged Hole in the flange will be standard size and above 15 mm dia in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, weiding will be done at Junctin of flange and pipe complete in all respect including cost of material (Both the larger and smaller ppe will have equal length making reducer). The Total Length of Reducer Pump Piece will be 30 cm (300 mm) 2x2 “ dia size (50 x 65 mm)
