7.Engaging Manpower of sweepers service charges to the manpower out sourcing contractor (shall not be exceed more than 7%) Manpower supplier should quote the service charges only & worker cost is fixed

27. Supply and fixing in position of white glazed indian oriya type water closet 580 x 440mm size white glazed earthernware of approved quality with S or P trap confirming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broaken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix, 100mm thick using 20mm ISS gauge brick jelly and finished the top to required slop and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, RCC/ floor slab and making good of the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with std. specifications and as directed by dept. officers. (the WC should got approved by the Exe. Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing in position of European water closet with 'S' (or) 'P' trap of approved color and quality with dauble flapped rigid PVC sheet cover the CP brass hinges etc., complete complying with standard specification including supply and fixing in position of 10litre capacity glazed porcelain low level flushing tank on wall including 2 Nos of 15mm & brass nipple, 15mm dia PVC brass connection, 15mm dia GI wheel value, 15mm dia Nylon connection and giving necessary water supply connection etc., complete complying with standard specification

29. Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bewelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed of size 600mm x 450mm x 5.5mm with necessary plastic back PVC frame with bottom stand of approved colour with brass screws, Rawal plugs etc., complete as per standard specifications.

30.Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutter using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fix in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The cover all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 70mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter. (PWD- S. No. 125a)

31. Operation and maintenance of existing borewell including labour chargers operating borewell with removing the repair pumpset including erection of repaired pumpset. Attending Leakages at Service line including replacement materials and electrical fault with permission of electrical board for as per direction of departmental officers.
