REPAIR AND MAINT TO ROOF SHEETING, VALLEY GUTTERS AND CERTAIN ASSOCIATED B/R WORK IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN ZONE A UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary,built in cement mortar incl all quions,pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls /conc surfaces etc,incl racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in camoflage pattern, as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Primer to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) incl cleaning of existing windows/doors/floor etc.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.
