Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth as direction by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, disposed materials to be neatly levelled and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation, retaining wall ,catch pit and pedestal for railing and structures like this complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size excluding cost of form work and curing complete upto any height as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a smooth finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies fo all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:4:8 (One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimetres) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade 1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in levelling course in Pedestal for grating complete as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:3:6 ( One cement : three coarse sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete in foundation plinth, drain bed and drain side wall excluding cost of form work including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm ( three hundred milimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material Grading-I mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for Grading-I materials per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm ( sixty millimetre) thick Pre -Polished NTC/Modern/NITCO/GICO or ISI/BIS certified as approved by Engineer-in-Charge heavy duty precasts cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 ( M- fifty) grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm ( twenty five millimetre) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement:four course sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of black including curing rubbing polishing complete .in pattern finish of approved ,colour and shade.and pattern including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-In-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing NTC RCC precast SFRC Grass Grid with 6mm (Six millimetre) steel reinforcement M-35 ( M-thirty five) 600x390x80mm (Six hundred into three hundred ninety into eighty millimetre) thick made with automatic Italian pattern double vibration technology but excluding fitting as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
