Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in all classification of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required i/c stacking the seviceable material and un- servicealbe material separate as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming,watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer in chanrge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts disposed material to be neatly dressed leveled as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. wooden batten and ballies for all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforced and plain concrete in:- (a)Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete

(b) Columns, pillars, post and struts square or circular or curved in plan all heights.

© Beams,cantilever, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever,girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr. In depth.upto all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits or suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like floor etc.upto 200mm in thickness up to all heights.

(e) Arches ,Dome ,Vaults etc. up to all heights.

(f) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like. Circular in plan up to all heights

(g) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landings up to all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2 (1 Cement :1 Sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) minimum M-25 grade as per design mix including mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in:- (a) Foundation footings,bases of columns etc.and mass concrete .

(b)Circular Column, pillars, posts and struts up to all heights

© suspended floors,roors,landings,shelves and their supports balconies. beams,girders,bressumers and cantillever upto all heights.

(d) Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all heights.

(e) Arches ,Dome etc. upto all heights.

(f) In Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth&string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto all heights .Circular wall.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand:4graded crushed stone agg.20mm nominal size) and laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement slurry 50mm thick including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoistingm,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in:- In beams joists channels,angles,tees,flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip,jack raffers, purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing GMS tube (medium grade) fitting (earth work to be measured and paid for separetely) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. (a) 100 mm nominal dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve(with hand wheel)as per IS ;780 Class upto 300 dia. (i/c brass spindle and as per IS: 2906 class II for diameters more than 300 mm complete with bolts,nuts,rubber,insertion etc. (The tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid for separately including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. 100 mm nominal dia.

Providing and fixing lightening conductor with down aluminium strip (20x5mm) and earthing pit complete including carriage of material within all laeds and lifts.

Supplying and fixing water indicator made of Angle iron frame with 2mm BP sheet i/c Painting and writing complete for water tank including carriage of material within al leads and lifts.

Constructing of chamber for sluice valve 100x160x180mm inside size for stop cock with CI surface box 100x100x75mm(inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand:4graded stone agreegate 20mm nominal) 75mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone agreegate 40mm nominal size),inside plastering 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. 1)600x600x750mm inside size. With 200mm thick walls of brick masonary using bricks in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement:5sand)

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new Steel and other Steel surfaces with enamal paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other then white including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S flanges using table 21 including required Nuts, Bolts,and rubber geskets washer complete in all respect. A) 100 mm dia
