Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty 1mm (average) thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Distempering (one coat) with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including to achieve even shade and colour.applying additional coats wherever required

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Wood/Steel).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm(weight not less than 12.50 kg./sqm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screwsall complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 35 mm thick Second Class Deodar Wood excluding panelling which will be paid for separately.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelledand glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, Grade I, Type II IS : 12823 marked

Providing and fixing cupboard shutters 25 mm thick, with pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board of graded wood particle board IS:12823 marked exterior grade (Grade-I Type II) having one side decorative lamination and other side a balancing lamination including cost of second class teakwood lipping of 25mm wide 12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
