Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block of hold fast, coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete and securing chain link fencng from bottom side, complete all as specified.

Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, MS bar, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel hot dipped galvanised fencing (mesh size not more than 75mm x 75mm of 10 gauge wire and weight exc. 3.00 kg/Sq.m) complete all as specified. NOTE:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made acoordingly.

Supply only 10mm dia mild steel round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post(s) complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Treating surfaces of steel and iron work and any description width or girth one coat with dead black complete all as specified.

75 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC chequered tiles, ISI (IS:13801) marked, with grey cement & no pigment, 22-25 mm thick, of size 300 mm x 300 mm, in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete, all as specified.

60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete..

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing any descrition and any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded with concrete etc. complete all as specified.
