Mechanical Equipments

Surface Belt conveyor C1, 1200 mm wide, Minimum 70 m long or as required, 400tph nominal capacity, 1.5 m/sec. Speed, 1 x 55 kW drive, Horizontal/vertical gravity loop take up, electrical items suitable for operation at 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply including scrappers, two way transfer chutes, brakes, idlers, coveyor structures, tail-end, loading points, switches, impact guard, skirt plate, decking plates, D-3500 PVC belting, interlocking & controls, Traction type fluid coupling etc. all complete. Hydraulic Sector Gates, 400tph +20% capacity, suitable for (-)150mm lumps alongwith electricals suitable for 415/550V, 3 phase, 50Hz AC Supply will be installed below 2x100te overhead RCC hoppers. (As per NIT)

Lifting tackles (As per Appendix- C) (As per NIT) Elec.Hoist blocks 3T capacity - 2 Nos or as required. Chain pulley blocks 2 T capacity - 1 No or as required. All complete

415 V Sectionalizer Motor Control Centre (MCC) at all substations comprising of: - 1 No. of Incomer ACBs - 1No. of Outgoing ACBs for Conveyor C1 Motor - 1No. of Outgoing ACBs as lighting load - Required nos. of outgoing Feeders for supply of power to LT Motors (of equipment like Hydraulic sector gates, Electrical Hoists etc. as per the requirement) (As per NIT)

Power Cables

1.1kV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed single wire armoured aluminium conductor FRLS cables of different sizes as per technical specification (As per NIT)

Lighting cables

1100 V grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single wire armoured, Al conductor, FRLS cables of different sizes and 1100V grade and 2 core, PVC insulated with PVC sheathed stranded copper conductors as per technical specification (As per NIT)

Control Cables

1100 V grade, single/multi core PVC insulated and sheathed, copper conductor, FRLS,control and signalling cables of 6 sq. mm cross-section having different no. of cores as per technical specification. (As per NIT)
