Carriage of Material Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.) including loading and unloading with all lead

Filling of sunk portion of roof with earthen pots of required height including filling voids with 1:3:6 light concretee, using brick bats complete levelling and dressing the surface by 50mm thick cement concretee 1:2:4 as per specification.

Cement concretee flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Demolishing cement concretee manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm.

Dismantling CI pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into block, including stacking of pipes lead at site within 50 meter, of dia: Up to 150mm dia.

Making of hole (width up to 150 mm) in R.C.C. slab/wall/beams by power driven drilling machine complete as per direction of EI above 150 mm thick

Providing and fixing in CM 1 : 4 double paitam (rebated) stone door window and ventilator frames of approved quarry: Size 100 x 75mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : i) first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.253 kg//sqm .This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. ii) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The rates includes preparation of surface treatment & sealing of all joints ,corners, junction with polymer mixed slurry.
