Providing water proofing treatment over RCC roof including projection as follows :- (a) Complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description and in any position (b) The slab shall be finished with 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smoooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Apply a coat of bitumious primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 liter/Sqm on the prepared surface of plaster. After drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown VG 20 paving grade (60-80 penetration) bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on plastered surface. (d) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm as side lap 75. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be with centre core as 90 microns high molecular high density polythylene film Minimum weight of water proofing membrane shall be 3Kg per Sqm.

(e) Over the polymeric water proofing membrane apply semi hot blown VG 20 paving grade (60-80 penetration) bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of roof surface and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat (f) Covered fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 radius 75mm be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as paraper wall/mumty/chimney around opening and treatment mentioned above except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6). Complete treatment shall be carried out by the applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. (g) Provide PCC padding 1:2:4 type B-0 of uniform thickness of 50mm in two layers of 25mm thickness each with chicken wire mesh 0.90mm dia and 12mmx12mm aperture, laid between two layers. Top surface of PCC padding shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement and 12mmx12mm aperture with flase groove and 300x330mm centre to centre.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB DB sheet metal enclosure factory fabricated double door SPN 8 way with 100 amps rated copper bus bar 240 volts IP-43, IK-09 with metal doorscomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Isolator TPN, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC Supply , 100 Amps, IP-20 as per IEC 60947-3 ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix MCB SP, 40 Amps, 'C' Curve, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10kA IP-20 as per IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix Isolator SPN , 40 Amps, 240 volts, 50Hz, IP-20 as per IEC 60947-3 ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.
