Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design er 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) - long pattern W.C. pan of size 580mm
