Installation of water sprinkling arrangement with 5 years operation and maintenance from F-Quarry ETP near Lease Boundary of Kaliapani COBP to Koiposi Square via Sukarangi Mines in the district of Jajpur.

Amount

Conductioning detail design and engineeing for all civil, PH, Electrical, Mechanical and instrumentation work for installation of automated water sprinkling system.

a)Detail engineering of civil and PH works (Pump, pipe lin, sprinkler house)

b)Detail engineering for mechanical and electrical work (pump & control panel)

c) Detail engineering of instrumentation and control system. (PLC System)

Supply of materials ,equipment's and accessories as per detail design and specification

a)Supply of HDPE Pipe, stainless steel sprinklers and accessories,including laying wityh back filling etc.

b) Supply of gate valve, NR valve, solenoid valve and accessories including instalation etc.

c) Supplty of Monoblock pump/submesible pump and accessories.

d) Supply of control panel, PLC system and accessories.

Civil works

a)Construction of pump house cum control panel room etc as per design requirement including electrification.

b) 1) RCC drain for Road crossing 2) Structual supports Vertical angel and base concrete @ 30.00mtr interval (400 nos) 3) Valve chamber 10 Nos etc as per design requirement.

Trial run and commissioning

Trail run and commissioning of automated water sprinkling systen along with modification/rectifications if any required complete in all respect.

Operation and maintenance contract of water sprinkling system installed and commissioned (Excluding cost of power supply).
