Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking joints 12 mm. deep and removing debries within 50 meters lead as per the direction of the E.I.C.

12mm thick outside Plastering with cement mortar (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic Wall Putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost conveyance and royalties of all materials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering two coats with Wall priming one coat over interior wall surface with Distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all lobour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick inside Plastering with cement mortar(1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coat over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint including cost of paint as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation with initial lead & lift including roughdressing and levelling the the beds, cost of all T&P labour etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including all cost, conveyance, tax, royalty of materials required for the work etc., complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm. Size H.G.metal including all cost, conveyance, tax, royalty of materials etc., complete as directed by the E.I.C.
