SERVICES FOR RUNNING AND OPERATION OF 33 KV SUB STATION DG SETS CENTRAL AC PLANT INCLUDING AHU AND WATER SUPPLY AT DSCC AYODHYA NAGAR BHOPAL

Servicing ,Running and operation of main electric receiving sub station consisting of two pole structure at take over point, 33 KV switch yard ( two bay), two Nos transformer step down 33/0.433 of capacity 01 MVA each out door type VCB (02 Nos) incl LT sub station installed at DSCC, Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal in three shifts with 1 No electrician for each shift round the clock (24 hours) including sunday & holidays Indoor sub station consisting as follows and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note :- Electrician in (ITI qualified ) - 03 Shift per Day (i.e 3 Electriciean per day)

(a) Main incoming panel - 01 No (b) Distribution LT Pannel - 04 Nos. (c ) DG set LT Panel - 02 Nos (d) APFC Panel of capacity 250 KVAR - 02 Nos (e) Bty charger including btys - 01 No (f) DG Set of capacity 500 KVA - 02 Nos. The elect operator responsible for the following duties :- (i) Filling the fuel for DG sets from 20 KL under ground sump as required. (ii) The electrician should have good knowledge/experience to repair/make connection for HT/LT fuse (blown out fuse). (iii) The elect operator should find out the faults of UPS, trip of ACB/MCCB, DB and ELCB etc. (iv) The operator response for GOD/DO assy operating and repair/make connection of blown out HT fuses. (v) To check and record the readings for the HT 33 KV VCB with outgoning indoor remote pannels - 02 Nos. (vi) Complete checking of bty banks (04 Nos) , internal wiring, cleaning of bty terminal, maintain specific gravity of electrode and (H2SO4) level for btys. (vii) Cleaning of complete grid area and surrounding area of 33 KV sub station by cutting/ removing seasonal grass, bushes, lime work at pathway etc and keep power house as in a presentable condition at any time. (viii) Oiling, greasing (petrol jelley, of all mechanical components and as wherever required.

The Following activities will be manned by the personnel with suitable technical qualifiaction (amplified in the subsequent para) (a) on indication of of any type of fault tripping of VCB/RMU/HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate teh fault byteh dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers requried numbers as per the gravity / nature of the work involved to restore the power supply all the activites shall be carried out with in reasonable time as given by the Engr-in-Charge (b) Operation of HT/LT switch gear incls trnsformer 33kv/0.414 volts upto to rating 1000 KVA. the operator responsible for GOD / DO assy operating and repair / make connection of blown out HT fuses. (c) To coordinate with team working on HT/LT installations /substations (d) Checking of earth resistance of all the earthing of equipment installed at sub station and maintaining the record there of quarterly. Periodically watering to earth pits will be maintained through appropriate sources. (e) Maintenance of breakers by monthly by open breakers and cleaning breakers ,insulators and CTs,to clean spout grid inside and out side with petrol/CRC, checking of contacts and cleaning of them with petrol/CRC to check IR value of CT/PT, checking and tightening of all nut and bolts of all HT panels, incoming and out going electrical connections.

(f) Proper maintenance of installation incl bldg ,toilet, garden lights etc incl cleaning of area with in 05 meter radius of premises, watering to flower pots, dusting sweeping cleaning to entire area .cleaning material will be provide by contractor free of cost. (g) Before taking over of installation ,the contractor will ensure that all the HT switch gear install at substation are working efficiently. If any repair is required for the same, he shall intimate to the department. After taking over the installation, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any nature of the defects caused due to negligence on the part of staff employed by him in case of any item requiring repair/replacement due to any reason except natural calamaties, the cost will be borne by the contractor. (h) The firm shall comply existing labour laws,IE rules ,factory act forced time to time in totality (j) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e. 26.10 lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR / BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e., 26.10 Lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR / BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR / BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work.”

Running and operation of AC Plant of 3 x 65 TR Capacity, along with 9 AHU, 3 Nos chiller water pump of capacity 10 HP, connected accessaries . The following staff shall be employed by the contractor :- The AC operator will responsible for the following :- (a) To check the ambient temp daily / time to time as required and recorded. (b) To check the room temperature and recorded. (c ) To check the input and out water pressure and temp for the chiller plant. (d) To check the packaged AC unit and recorded the reading. (e) To check the water level in make up water tank for chiller plant. (f) Monitor all display reading for chiller plant, pakeged type AC. (g) To find out the minor faults and rectified. (i) Refg Mechanic in - 03 shift per day (i.e 03 Ref Mech per day) Note : The operator should qualified in ITI (AC & Ref mechanic)

Running & operation of water supply installation consisting of 2 x 25000 ltrs, 1 x 50000 ltr capacity UG sumps and 01 Lakh ltr cap of OHT, 4 x 5 HP monoblock pump sets, and 5.0 HP submersibble Pump set incl bore well with service tanks and connected pipe lines round the all location of DSCC unit clock wise (Including all Holidays and Sundays) and filling OHT by pumping of motor supply of water to Mess and single living accn and office area at DSCC by operating valves at schedule time, checking pressure at end point, on duty FGM will be with on duty staff at DSCC (i) FGM in - 02 shift per day (i.e 02 FGM per day) Note : 1. The contractor fully responsible for safe custody of the installation, prepare the duty roster, log sheets, arrange/provide tools/safety kits and torch light for operator. 2. The contractor strictly to follow the labour commision rules and regulation for payment . 3. The contractor deemed to quoted the rate as per mentioned Note above. The Engr-in-Charge/JE concerned will maintain a attendance register and ensure the attendance of the personnel Note:- The FGM man power through outsourcing on duty in the water supply instalation will also operate all the connected valves of affected area

PENAL CHARGES :- If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (a) Absent on duty tradesman attending repairs - Rs 500 per person per shift respectively. ( c ) Not cleaning of area - Rs 2000 per month (d) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment - Rs 5000 per month (e) Not providing basic model mobile phones duly re-charged as per specified above - Rs 1500 per month per mobile. (f) Not providing log sheet with stationery i.e writing material ,eraser, fevicol, stapler, file cover - Rs 800 Per month (g) Not performing duty as per duty charts which is approved by Engr-in-Charge - Rs 2000/- per month (h) Non deployment of person as per perscribed experience and qualifications - Rs 4000 per person per month. (g) In case the tradesmen are found without prescribed uniform a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per person per months shall be levied on the contractor.
