Dismantling damaged brick work in cement mortar including all tools with labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Dismantling Pressed Tiles & Weathering Course Floor finish with tiles in Cement Mortar with etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD-21)

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush types witch concealed insuitable MS box in flush with wall (SD-137)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") (SD-106)

Supply and fixing of 4 Feet LED 18W Fitting with LED 18W tube (Lower End) complete with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD-440)
