150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors,path/hardstandings etc, finish, surface finished even and rough to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( nominal mix )type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete , complete all as specified & directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in path/hardstanding etc,including spiking rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal,whilest the concrete is green ,complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles etc including weathring, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating , necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed

Taking out LT/XLPE cable from trenches and setting aside unserviceable cable and for re- use of serviceable cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out LT cable from trenches and setting aside unserviceable cable and for re- use of serviceable cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) with 300 mm x300mx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, final taper, nut , bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminious paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/ coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5 m from ground level/ coping etc and including dismantling of PCC poles any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down /dismantling loop/ loopout box fittings including electric connections from security poles and set aside for refixing of serviceable junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable loop in / loop out box pole mounted outdoor type obtain from demolition and dismantling schedule retrieved from ser item above here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.( Note :- Serviceable box obtained from Serial Item No.43 Above to be reused )

Supply, fabrication and fixing outdoor feeder pillar box of size 500mmx450mx500mm made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm thick bent ot shape and size factory made with welding, bending works suitable for and including 200 amps rated aluminium bur bars ( length of bus bar not lessa than 40 cm) 4 Nos, making holes of required size and mounted on porcelain/epoxy based post insulators of appropriate size with suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete with mounting let of size 40mm x40mmx5mm and length of angle iron not less than 1.00 mtr, 0.50 mtr to be enbeded in PCC below G.L abd 0.50 mtr above ground including painting of complete structure with two coats of super enamelled synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide an incoming / out going cable connections with required size of cable lugs with proper crimping, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down /dismantling high mast light pole 16 m high including all electrical connection, lights and setting aside the same for re-use, complete all as spedified and directed Note:- Excavation, RCC for footing and column, PCC 1:4:8 and steel bars shall be measured and paid for separetly under respective items.

Protection to cable with one layer of brick laid flat across the cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under cable etc including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised Iron tube 40mm , light grade including all fitting for cable protection on pole etc, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and vent pipe, singe socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints lid in trenches or in floors, complete all as directed and all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 167345.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
