Demolation of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 2 here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from item No. 1 demolition including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer jointed & pointed in cement mortar including removal of grass vegitation including roots near out let of RWP and OHT staging area or specifically ordered in writing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including leeping plaster (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Demolition of mud puska to be cut in average thickness from top surface of roof for creating the slope as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm average thickness as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 7 here-in-before but except tiles. Note :- Servicable tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions will be on surface to have a smooth surface for laying of water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and smooth (with using extra cement) with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions including taking out of cement plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L applying one coat of cold applied polymeric modified bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kilogram per Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP membrane to be finished with one coat of solar reflactive bituminous based Aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying polymer modified mortar in cement mortar 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives 60mm average thickness (Chajjas fins, borders etc) complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Quantity of polymer to be used by 15 % by weight of cement. (ii) Use the electrical mixer to get homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hours as required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days etc. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 m.complete all as specified and directed. Make (Epoxy bonding agent): Krishna, Dr. Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Chemistik.

M&L raking out joints / pointing including flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on any face of brick walls or conrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, in ceiling, soffits of chajja or similar location etc complete all as specified & directred.

M&L white wash in three coats on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and refixing of existing water tank of capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre etc setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of new fittings and accessories, if required shall deemed inclusive of quoted rates.

Removing and refixing of existing water tank of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre etc setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of new fittings and accessories, if required shall deemed inclusive of quoted rates.

S&F rotational moulded triple layered polyethylene water storage tank of 500 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old PVC water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
