Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as complete..

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as complete .

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections on existing street light poles of 40 mm bore.

The sensor (nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactors, Input (supply) MCB and output (load) MCB(s), support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR graded SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 degree of ingress three phase 8 KW lightening load capacity including mounting bracket, cable glands, openable doors with lock complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB FP 125 Amps, 16kA, 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz,Ics=100%Icu thermally adjustable between 70% - 100% complete with sheet metal enclosure of 1.2 mm thick MS sheet factory made with powder coat paint including connecting with existing system with existing cablling network including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of suitable size fastner/Nut bolts required at site for fixing of cubical is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.
