Construction of 12 meter stage, 150 KL capacity Overhead Tank and associated work at Pump House near B-9, Bijlee Nagar Colony, MPMKVVCL Govindpura Bhopal.

Designing (structurally & aesthetically) as per site condition & soil strata including all necessary allied works, construction, testing, commissioning RCC elevated service reservoir of 150kL capacity with 12 m staging including all necessary allied works like construction of valve chambers etc. complete as per the specifications under this contract & disposing off the surplus stuff within a lead of 50 meters and cleaning & levelling the surroundings etc. complete in all respect with all labour and material charges including lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly of inlet, outlet, scour, overflow and bypass arrangements as per departmental design, providing and fixing accessories such as Stainless steel Ladder Inside and MS ladder with GI railing outside, C.I. manhole frame and covers, water level Indicators, lightening conductor, G.I. pipe railing around walk way and top slab, providing staircase from ground level to roof level, Brick masonry chambers for all valves, ventilating shafts, providing and applying three coats of cement paint to the structure including roof slab, epoxy painting to internal surface & anti termite treatment for underground parts of the structure and giving satisfactory water tightness test as per I.S. code, The job to include painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE - The cost may change as per site condition looking to the uplift and type of strata. The design of the structure be in accordance with relevant (I.S.3370-2021or revised). The design shall satisfy the stipulations as per IS 1893-2016 and 1.S. 13920/2016 for seismic force and 11682-1985 Reaffirmed 2003 and updated till date for R.C.C. staging of overhead tanks. For design having more than 6 columns, provision of internal bracing is obligatory. External bracing is also obligatory. The entire structure shall be in M-30 mix only. Round mild steel bars grade - 1 Conforming to I.S. 432 part-1 or high yield strength deformed bars Conforming to LS. 1786 shall be used, grade-ll mild steel bars will not be allowed. Irrespective of the type of foundation proposed in the design, one set of bracing be provided at the ground level. All RCC construction should be done in M-30. These rates are including the cost of uplift pressure if any and entre dewatering during execution, if required. The rates should be including the cost of pipes, specials and valves required for inlet, outlet, wash out, overflow and by-pass arrangement. The scope of work includes cost of erecting, laying and jointing of pipes and valves including cost of jointing materials. The rates are inclusive of joining with existing water supply system and sump well with required length of GI pipes & fittings , Control Valves, connector etc. of approved quality and the contractor shall be responsible to rectify any damage to any structure, pipeline, electrical fitting, lightening conductor, water level indicator, RCC Stairs etc. as per specifications

Providing & proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including locking with M15 cement concrete in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade as approval by engineer in-charge.
