Preamble

The bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to Tenderers, Special Conditions of contract, Employers Requirements, GCC etc.

BoQ consists of one schedule i.e. Schedule-A.

The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes , Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C 2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 19 of SCC.

If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non responsive and shall be rejected

Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only

Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.

The actual work executed against the BOQ as detailed in tender document would be paid as per clause 22 of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).

Supply of ABB make drawout type ACB (E2.2N) 1000A 4 pole 65kA, with LSIG protection relay and 110V DC operated motor & coils. Supply of retrofit assy. (RFA Spectronics) also included in it.

Installation (retrofitting), Testing & Commissioning of ABB make E2.2N 1000 Ekip Dip LSIG 4p ACB in place of existing GE Spectronic ACBs

Supply of Spare ACB:- ABB make E2.2N 1000 Ekip Dip LSIG 4p ACB 110 V DC supply motor & coils.

Maintenance Overhauling service charges of GE make 415V AC LT breakers alongwith testing of protection release

Supply, Installation & Testing of ABB 415V AC LT breaker parts for replacement of failure prone components in existing ABB LT ACBs as per below details
