Providing and fixing of Bollards and accessories and painting of two nos. 100 Ton Capacity Pontoons of CSWD, ALHW, Sri Vijaya Puram (Recall).

Cutting and removing the damaged base plate portion on the deck, bollard box etc. of 100 ton Pontoon by gas cutting to facilate the fitment of new bollards and accessories as per the original dimension, transportation of scrap steel sections to the department store including the cost of all labour charges, gas cutting materials and hire charges of gas cutting equipment , Port permission and charges , GST, LWC etc. complete.

Attending repairs to the damaged Twin Bollard and Towing Bollard and hooks etc. of the Barge without any deviation from original shape by cutting & bending the plates, welding to the original structure through vertical and horizontal joints of double welded butt construction on either side with V- groove by using BIS approved welding rods and qualified welders by using steel plates, M.S plates, M.S Angle, channels etc. as per the instruction of EIC. Removing all the dust and scales from the newly fabricated steel section and applying one coat of Zinchromate primer of approved quality, including cost of steel items required for the work ( Acceptable make of steel section : SAIL/JINDAL/ESSAR/JSW/TATA/VIZAG/ISPAT) hire charges of diesel welding set, gas plant, surface grinder, buffing tools, cost of paint brushes, Hire charges of yard/work area, all port permission and charges, all labour charges, LWC and GST etc. complete. The welding should be carried out as per specification by engaging RO's certified welders under the supervision of EIC.

Removing all the scale and rust, de-greasing the surface by pickling in dilute hydrochloric acid and thereafter attending painting to the 100 Ton Pontoon by applying one coat Zinc Phosphate primer and thereafter applying Two coat High Build Black paint over the external area above water level area and finish black and deck green paint (Marine quality) over the outer shells and deck plate,Towing post, Bollard etc. The rate is inclusive of all labour charges, paint, painting materials, scaffolding materials, chipping hammer, wire brush and other minor T&P etc complete. the rate is including GST and LWC (Outer Side surface only).
