Dismantling of floors health or walls tiling and Stone floor including cement mortar bedded (but not backing) & removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbies of the premises

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm , as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles size 300 x 450 x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set & joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 20mm thick Granite of black / green / imperial red (colour as approved by (engineer-in-charge) of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including screed of 15 mm thick / rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive ncluding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl bedding if any n exc. 50mm thick etc. on any type of roof, cleaning with wire brushers etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for levelling course for consolidated thickness 40 mm all as per the requirements all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed plaster on roof for laying in CM 1:4 waterproofing treatment, with using WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with 3 mm thick APP (Actatic Poly Propylene) modified membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/sqm as centre core & without multiple layers of polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm over roof (an overlap of 100 mm & 150 mm shall be provided on sides & end respectively )including a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm on top of APP membrane to get uniform finish complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar cement concrete is rainforced(reinforcement cut as required to facilitale demolition) complete all as specified

M&L for jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted, set, jointed and grouted in CM 1:3 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified

M & L for rendering 10mm thick ready mix plaster on internal wall by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement plastering 15mm( thick in two layers -first layer 10mm thick with ready mix plaster and outer layer 5mm thick ready mix water proof plaster) on outer walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS- 2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 days compressive strength 10-15 MPA, bulk density 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength->0.5 MPA complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick ready mix self curing plaster on ceilling by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the AGE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the AGE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for preparation new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification and all as speified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling/walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over one coat of 3mm putty including one coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation new surfaces of walls and preparation of surfaces (external faces) of walls and applying two coats of external weather proof paint of Apex or equivalent over a coat of primer (self coat) complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, including preparation of new surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 50mm dia MS pipe as in shaft in rolling shutters including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters, 1.00mm thickness of laths with out ball bearing,but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete. Note :- Rate including greasing, change of rod, lock, cover hood and other accessories as required as apprived by accepting officer

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, in opening as per specification & drawing all as specified and directed

(Note : Two runs of aluminium conductor, and one run of GI earth wire will be measured and paid as one unit only)

S & F 15 Watt LED Bldg security light with a nominal system . The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminimum. The total power consumption should not exceed 15W (including driver) pre wired fitted on and including two Nos PVC block of suitable l size and connection up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible cord of minimum size 0.5 Sqmm size and testing complete including LED lamp, including taking down old unserviceable fitting any type complete all as specified and as directed.
