Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing MS plate , gusset plate jointed to angle iron / GI pipe and steel work in builtup and welded section for stay including cutting, hoisting, provision of required size holes, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved quality steel primer all complete up to roof top floor.

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing & Fixing GI pipe of required diameter ( B - Class, Medium Wt.) Swastik, Jindal or equivalent make as approved by engineer in charge including cutting, hoisting, lifting G. floor upto roof top floor level, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

GI pipe 100mm dia.

GI pipe 75/80mm dia.

Providing and fixing bracket made of two nos.M.S..flat of size 40 mm x 5 mm.and placed back to back with provision of required size holes, as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of nut & bolts and bending & making holes..all complete.up to top floor.

600 mm long bracket

Drilling hole in terrace i/c fixing coach screws( hold fastener) of size 100 to 150 mm long all complete as per direction of engineer in charge up to roof top floor.

Supplying and applying boniding chemical fishar /Hilti re 500 / Fosroc or equivalent make in grouting of holdfastener /steel bars of required size with pressure gun to existing RCC Column/slab/beam all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.(For approx 52 hole of fasteners etc)

Providing and fixing Dual mount made with 2 nos medium class GI pipe of 65mm dia with both mouth closed with ms sheet including cost of nut, bolts including fixing on roof of building up to top floor all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
