S&F For Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45 X 70 mm Comprising of virgin PVC Polymer of k value 58-60 (Suspension grade ), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers(wood powder /rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (Maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screw with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) & 1100 N(Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , Modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A Category with property of Being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasterners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.(MS hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be not paid for separately. S&F For 28-30 mm thick prelaminated moulded WPC factory made 100% solid door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100 % lead free single extruded with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on both side with wood grain texture with density not less than 650 kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire etardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Stainless steel 25 mm dia curtain rod, bright finish, including set of fixing brackets (wall & end), fixed to wall in repairs,with finols/finnels, connected accessaries, rubber packing, required screws and rawal plugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to aluminium doors without taking down shutter or frame of any size any description including tightening, adjusting the shutter and handles, refixing of glass, rubber beading or cleat and mortice lock and Including repair damaged wall surface with Cement mortar1:4 etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1)Any defective Glass shall be replaced and paid as supply only under item No-27. (2) Any Damage wire mess shall be replaced but payment seperately under item No-44.

Repairs to aluminium windows by taking down shutter or frame of any size any description including tightening, adjusting the shutter and handles, refixing of glass,rubber beading or cleat ,Locking device and Including repair damaged wall surface with Cement mortar 1:4 etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) Any defective glass shall be replaced & paid as supply only under item No-26. (2) Any Damage wire mess shall be replaced but payment seperately under item No-44.

Fixing only For stainless steel plate rack of size any discription all as specified and directed. Note: Taking down old u/s Stainless steel plate rack return to MES store.

M&L for drilling holes for pipes etc in cadappa/granite including RCC slab nexc 25mm dia and n exc 150mm depthc etc. omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Welding in repairs exceeding 2.5cm not exc 5 cm in length (thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm) including cleaning preparing the surface and holding the members in true position for maintenance of steel items such as gates, grills, doors, windows etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Anti skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 10 mm thick of colour patteren as approved and as per manufacturers catalouge (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc over 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:6 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L labour for Glazed ceramic joint free coloured tiles of size 600x300/450x300, 7 to10 mm thick as in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Full Body Vetrified tiles 8 to10 mm thick double charged/ultra charged (square/Ractangular) polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.54 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade, over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position like roofs, floors other than ground floors , beam , staircases , landings , chajjas,projections, facias and similar suspended work or reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition for portions ordered to be dismanttled up to 15 m height including forwork and necessary saftey measuresor as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementitious micro Nano-concrete of Grade M-50 for effected RCC beam, column, chajjas, fins/drops, staircase, etc. complete using necessary formwork (where applicable) after due treatment/coating of existing concrete with High Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain Nano epoxy bond adhesive and reinforcement surfaces with High Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain with high anti corrisive Nano Epoxy Zinc rich primer. Note : (i) Nano micro-concrete shall have a min 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa incl min tensile strength of 5N/mm² at 28 days and min flextural strength of 5N/mm² at 28days. M&L for 1st quality non skid coloured ceramic 7-10 mm thick tiles (hard staining area) exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including 25 mm thick PCC1:4:8 levelling course etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base in cm 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces on broken edges of chajjas, facia, slab, roof projectioon and any other brick/concrete surface in patch work in CM 1:4 and finishing fair and even without using extra cement with using 2% Integral water proofing compound by wt of cement (Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item) Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for work up to four storey building & height upto 15.00 m including all safety measures, scaffoldings etc., required for carrying out the work and nothing extra on this account shall be admissible.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described include for all necessary preparatory work required and applying two coat of Aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old Ceiling surfaces by washing rubbing down and scrapping and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces by washing rubbing down and scrapping of old surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted on walls including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping using pressure water lite P-03 for pressurized removal by water jet having flow rate of 600L/h or with mechanical trucare wall sander : L-01/H01 (having mechnical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. for internal painting or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete by skilled labour complete all as directed. Note : After Completion of Removal existing surface Approved of Engr -in- charge and GE shall be Taken before appling further finshing .

Material and labour for Old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tined on walls/Ceiling Over one coat of primer including cornices including 3 mm average thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Applying two coats of Exterior acrylic emulsion Weather coat Anti Fungal paint on walls in camouflage pattern as approved by GE over one coat of Primer including provision of scaffolding, ladders, cradles etc required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed.by Enginner-in-Charge. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for scaffolding up to 15 mtr height building.

M&L for preparation of old/ untreated plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling/chajja and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of priming coat of exterior cement base primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The paining shall be done with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats of paint. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for scaffolding up to 15 mtr height building.

Material and labour for Complete removal of existing surface of old plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, etc and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Weather coat) white/coloured on walls with and including provision of scaffolding, ladders, cradles etc if required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plastering upto 15mm thick cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removing all foreign materials / Bituminous primer completely , cleaning and washing the existing surface of roof/slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/kerb walls etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Contractor will not throw the debris and suitable arrangements shall be made to take down the materials from roof. (ii)If taking down of plaster is exceeding 15mm then PCC and plaster both shall be measured under ser item No 153 below. (iv) Removing of the rubbish to a distance outside MoD land shall be at own arrangement of Contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including PCC of existing roof, PCC tiles with screed bed and removing the demolished material outside MoD land at own arrangment of Contractor.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plate/roof kerb/PCC padding and haunching etc all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note : PCC shall be laid in slope and thickness shall be average(minimum average thickness 25mm or as per site requirement for maintaining the slope) as per site including filling in depression by providing concrete bench marks for maintaining th perfect slope to drain out the rain water as directed by Engr-in-Charge. No hand mixing is allowed, mixing shall be at ground floor and mixed materials deposited on roof Manually/ mechanically to achieve the proper strength and workmanship.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under item No-157.

M&L providing cement slurry @ 3Kg per sqm on existing roof surface before laying PCC/ Plaster Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Provide 75mmx75mm coving at H-V junctions if any using acrylic polymer modified mortar as bond coat. (d)Apply two coats of PU polyurethane based clear primer @ 8 to 10 sqm/ltr per coat on well prepared substrate covering entire area uniformly. (e) Apply polyurethane based high tensile strength elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane coating in two coats by roller/airless spray @ 0.75Kg/sqm per coat. second coat is applied perpendicular to first dried coat (first coat is allowed to dry for 12 to 24 hours before proceeding for second coat)

M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage / seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

(c)The contractor should collect day to day complaints daily in a format (may be collected from MES) from AGE B/R Section. The complaints should be attended within three working days.
