12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Removal of existing APP membrane from the terrace and taking out the same from AAI premises etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Formation of coving of size 75mm x 75mm made out with PMC mortar using Shali SBR latex or equivalent etc. all Complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Repair all depression and cracks by cutting "V" groove and filled with PMC mortar. Providing and applying water proofing treatment using shaliurethane® BTD (White) of STP make or equivalent high performance, water based, fibre reinforced, anti-algae, cold applied, single component elastomeric in-situ liquid membrane for water proofing confirming to the ASTMC-836. The product must be having solid content >80%, Elongation-350%+-50. Solar reflective index-109. Two coats of PU coating to be applied. Priming the surface with the mixture of shaliurethane BTD white or equivalent and water in 50:50 ratio and apply @400gm/Sqm. Apply 1st coat of shaliurethane BTD white or equivalent @1.0kg/sqm by brush /roller/airless spray while the primed surface is tacky. Spread 40/50 GSM non-woven geotextile over the 1st coat when the 1st coat is still wet with 50mm overlap in both directions. Apply 2nd coat of shaliurethane BTD white or equivalent @1.0kg/sqm by brush /roller/airless spray. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200mm and terminate into grove on the parapet wall. Fill the groove with PMC mortar with Shali SBR latex or equivalent etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
