Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Removal of exsiting PVC flooring including cleaning the surface and preparing the surface to receive new antistatic PVC flooring including the cost of disposal away from the building as directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Making necessary repairs to doors/windows including removing the door and panels for realtering the size of door and reassembling with required screws, nuts & bolts and refixing the door in position with pivots/hinges etc., all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm dia G.I threaded rod for top and bottom of shutters sections of aluminium door with necessary G.I nuts and bolts for stiffening the vertical styles and rails of door shutter

Providing and laying 2 mm thick ANTSTATIC POLYVINYL SHEET on a smooth & damp proof base using rubber based Adhesive (@ 0.2 kg/sqm) of approved quality and manufaturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent including cleaning, levelling, drying of the base, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5.00 kg including copper strip of minimum size 25 x( 0.75 to 1.00) mm to be provided all round the room and for earthing all complete as per specification and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing required size of opening in the masonry wall to facilitate cable entry with necessary scaffolding wherever required with utmost care to avoid damage to adjoining equipments inluding the cost of inserting 50 mm dia PVC Pipes of size length upto 400mm including necessary accessories like bend etc., in the opening and finishing the opening neat with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand( ,conmplete as per the directions of Engineer in charge,. Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Lay in Perforated metal ceiling System consisting of 600x600mm Lay in tiles of powder coated aluminium in 0.7 mm thickness in white colour with standard perforation of 2.5mm dia & open area of 16% and acoustical fleece glued to the back of the tile to be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees.
