Supply and fix for replacement of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawal plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for replacement galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles and fixing srews, PVC dash fastner, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground/ drawn into hume pipe.

Supply and fix for replacement single pointed air termination aliuminium rod 12mm dia, 300mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronge 75 x75x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x90x 90mm made of 1.6 mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x6 mm as earthin lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated includidng testing on completiom.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 12mm sweep size BEE energy efficient 5 star rated or equivalent powered with above BLDC technology conforming to latest BIS licensing and IS specification which consumes less than 50% of the power as compare to conventional type fans, power consumption 32 to 35 watt RPM 370 + 25% service valve 6.0 Air delivery in CMM 200, down rod all including connection with 3 core 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated but unseathed FRLS cable with multistandard copper conductor IS 694 marked from ceiling to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fans metal body AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300mm sweep with louver and complete ll as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
